...And honestly, it was lovely. I laughed my head off at some of the things I wrote and drew here when I was 16. It was nice to look back. I've removed a lot from the gallery to remove some of my painful, embarassing-ly awful vanity... and to clean up my "digital footprint". I now work in the video games industry, at that same company that I got an internship at way back in 2009, as a level designer. I love it. I'm currently working on an XBLA title. Ha, it seems that way. I guess the internet spaces I inhabit have changed a little. But I do like to drop into DA from time to time to check up on things, people, art. So... my internship has actually lasted a whole year, even though it was supposed to be just a couple of months or so. I love it here. I've narrowed down my career path yet again, and am hoping to one day be a part of the video games industry myself. Hello, it's been even longer than "a while" this time. So, at art college on the foundation course I specialised in animation. You can see my endeavours on my youtube page here- http://www.youtube.com/vixivampiress it's a lot of fun, and I love the results; but hand drawn animation is extremely tedious and soul-destroying at times! You have so much work to do that you have to get yourself into a vaguely trance-like state in order to keep going; but whilst in that state you end up thinking and over-analysing your life a lot- thus the soul-destroying part.
